Accomplished producer with over 5 years’ experience managing digital workflows and teams, digital strategy, and actively leading the delivery of a broad range of innovative projects and platforms.
I’ve overseen the production of high volume OLA and DOOH campaigns, social content, video shoots, pitches, web builds, and launched a technologically pioneering voice platform.
Establishing and leading colocated digital production teams within our agency and brand partner offices, I’ve had the opportunity to work directly with the following:

Send Me a Sample
2018

Led the planning, production, launch, and maintenance of voice application and product sampling platform ‘Send Me a Sample’.

This innovative concept, facilitated by leading edge voice technology, enables consumers to request free product samples via interaction with their voice enabled devices.

As sole project manager and primary client contact, I oversaw the delivery from its planning and inception as a proof of concept prototype in May 2018 through to its certification and launch as an Alexa Skill and Google Assistant Action 16 weeks later in September 2018.

Delivery included:

  • Functional and technical planning and documentation
  • Data structure and GDPR preparation
  • UX and design execution
  • Voice flow interaction mapping
  • Front and back end development through QA, UAT, penetration testing, and post-launch maintenance
  • CMS user guide (over 6,000 words) and development including user management, campaign creation, and data visualisation and export functionality

Tourism Ireland
2018

Led a four-day, multi-location vox pop video shoot from pre-production through to delivery creating content for Tourism Ireland’s social channels.

  • Built itinerary for shoot across six locations in Northern and Republic of Ireland.
  • Sourced all locations, securing privileged shooting access and arrangements at cultural institutions such as Titanic Belfast, Trim Castle, and Guinness Storehouse.
  • Played an active role on shoot: scripted questions, shoot set up and direction, sourced interview subjects on the ground, conducted over 50 interviews, managed client (on-shoot), captured twice the required footage including ‘local expert’ commentary (Head Gardener at Powerscourt, Artist at St George’s Market, etc.).
  • Oversaw post-production - choosing selects, managing edit, sound, grade and delivering all edits within a two week period.

Sheet Music Direct
2017 - 2018

Led the UX consultation, design, and development of the Sheet Music Direct global ecommerce site redesign and .net integration.

  • Assessed multiple outsourced development options, engaging a remote team to support the site front end and .net integration alongside our CTO.
  • Aligned an eight person development team with our project process and development standards across a one week onboarding and code review phase.
  • Ran an early morning and late evening stand up to manage and review their progression. Established a parallel daily standup with client CTO based in New York to flag technical blockers and drive efficienc.
  • Detailed documentation and frequent communication ensured our teams stayed on track across three time zones, delivering the redesign within an expedited time frame.

Farfetch
2016 - 2018

Set up and led a digital team at Farfetch to deliver a suite of 100 display assets for #TheOne OLA campaign, fostering a relationship which saw our team grow to deliver further projects over 12 months.

  • Pitched for, won, and delivered Farfetch’s largest OLA campaign to date with design and development on site.
  • Independently produced three-phase FarfetchOS event site from planning through to launch and maintenance in-house at Farfetch with design and development team.
  • Led meetings with Farfetch CMO and creative director to define and review content and communications, tone of voice, and aesthetic for FarfetchOS.
  • Managed production of all event presentation content via our design teams in London and Sydney, squeezing four weeks out of two by working across time zones to deliver several hundred slides in Keynote.

BETC: Rimmel Social
2016-2017

Set up and led a digital content team at BETC London for a Rimmel project which grew to become their in-house edit and CGI team on Rimmel and other clients.

  • Collaborated with creative directors to push concepts, advise on new formats, and help ‘atomise’ content (360 images, stereoscopic GIFs, split-depth, cinemagraph etc.).
  • Advised on digital asset capture across multiple TVC shoots.
  • Managed timeline, budget, production, creative reviews, and delivery for all retouching, edit, animation, and CGI creation for Rimmel.
  • Close relationship with creative team led to BETC requesting our support servicing additional clients, Aptamil and Zendium.
  • Planned resource and managed onboarding of team to meet client requirements.

BBH: Display Advertising
2013 - 2016

Three years as producer for Space66 within Addictive Pixel, the production partner and in-house digital specialists of BBH London.

  • Primary responsibility was the scoping, management, and delivery of high volume OLA, DOOH, and transcreation campaigns for the display department.
  • Additional focuses: digital creative behind multiple pitches; conceptual design; animation, edits, and CGI; microsite design and development.
  • Clients included Adidas, Axe, Audi, British Airways, Johnnie Walker, Google, KFC, Waitrose, Tesco, and The Guardian.
  • High campaign turnover rate required skills in time and resource management, project scoping, documentation and budget planning at pace.
  • Interfaced directly with clients and creatives on a daily basis, managing reviews, planning sessions, and conceptual development workshops, supporting digital creativity with realistic production understanding.
  • Closely involved with financial tracking and reporting, measuring project profitability reporting directly to the CFO and managing the recruitment and onboarding of freelancers to meet changing resource requirements across UX, design, animation, and development.
